really dirty outside windows, it may be a good idea to spray them with a garden

Once you have washed your windows, it is time to rinse them. A garden hose can be used to do the outside windows, or alternatively a wet cloth will do the trick. They can then be wiped over with a clean, dry cloth or perhaps some paper towels.
